The rooms are OK but a bit dated as is the lobby and bar area.Room service was fast and reasonably good. The bar and food there was fine also.
First of all, this Mariott is currently under construction. They put me on floor 5 where as far as I could tell only a few rooms were not under full construction. This meant that workman of all kinds were pounding, drilling, and running around from 7AM to 7PM even on Sundays. Plus, there was the constant smell of plaster and paint. Why they would not close off one floor at time is beyond comprehension. How they can get away with charging $13 a day for internet is a mystery. Water pressure on the upper floors was almost non-existant. The hotel is situated about 3 miles from "old town" so if you are there for sightseeing it is a bit inconvenient. There is no dresser in the room, only some drawers in the TV cabinet. Staff was below average in terms of being helpful.....I heard them saying over and over to guests who were complaining about the construction "there is a notice on our website". Sure, like you read all the fine print.

Liked the space in the room, the cleanliness and the flat screen tv.
Requested a King size bed but got two doubles. My husband slept on one and I slept on the other. It was comfortable but not convenient. Besides it was more work for the Mariott to change the sheets.

Honestly! The comfy beds! The bedding, the mattress, pillows yummy! And the cleanliness. I felt I could trust the cleanliness of the room. I have been pretty freaked out about staying in Hotels over the past year. With Bed bugs, germs, etc. It's scary! But I felt at ease regarding those issues at your hotel. Only wish I could have stayed a few days longer! :)

The staff was very nice , they offered breakfast due to under renovation
The room was tiny, very little room. The pool was freezing cold, we didn't know in advance there was renovation in process. When the rooms were cleaned -nothing was replenished and there were 3 of us!!

In the heart of the city, very convenient. Outstanding food, free and fantastic breakfast. Smooth check-in, parking close to the building.
Wi-Fi was a bit slow.

I had a very very good experience here, everything was excellent, the location was excellent right by a beautiful walking trail and a mall that includes Macy's. Newly decorated and well-appointed room with double beds instead of a king size bed was enjoyable. I really enjoyed to spend time in the executive coffee bar.

The staff was really good, notably accommodating and friendly, with a standout experience thanks to Omar. Issues with room cleanliness and poor layout detracted from the overall enjoyment. Despite the minor negatives, it was a nice stay and I would consider returning based on the staff's commitment to service.

We had a fantastic two-night stay in a recently renovated room, and the kids really enjoyed the indoor pool and garden area. It was peaceful and relaxing, with plenty of sun loungers to kick back on. The only bummer was that our room service order was mixed up a few times, but the staff sorted it out quickly. 😊

Great weekend escape
We loved the spacious room-so clean, too! The courtyard view was a nice touch, and it was super quiet. The bar area looked fun, even though we didn't use it. Only issue was that the room felt a bit outdated, especially the carpet. Still, it was a solid spot for a weekend getaway.
